RETURN POLICY To maintain the quality of our product, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils, body oils, candle/soap oils, and aromalamp oils. This is normal industry practice. We have no minimum order and we encourage you to place a small order to assure yourself of the high quality of these oils before purchasing larger quantities. We offer refunds on all other products, excluding fragrance oils, body oils, candle/soap oils, and aromalamp oils. Unless we made an error on your order, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all returns to help cover labor costs associated with inspecting and preparing your returned items to stock. You must call us first at (336) 280-0238 if you wish to return an item. You will be given a Return ID Number (RIN) upon calling. This number must be written on the outside of the box that you are returning to us. Any products that are shipped back to us without a (RIN) will be refused and no credit will be given.
